How far in advance should we book corporate event décor?
We recommend reaching out as soon as you have your event date and venue confirmed, especially for large-scale installations or events requiring custom design. Have something coming up sooner? Get in touch, and we'll let you know what's possible based on our availability.
Do you work with event planners, marketing agencies, and other vendors?
Yes! We love collaborating with event professionals and in-house teams. We're happy to coordinate with your planner, venue, production team, or other vendors to make sure our installations fit seamlessly into the overall event.
Can you handle large-scale events or multiple installations at one venue?
We have experience creating décor for corporate functions, university events, and large celebrations. Whether you need one statement installation or several coordinated design elements throughout your venue, we'd love to discuss the scope and logistics of your project.
Do you provide corporate balloon décor outside of Austin?
Yes! We serve Austin and surrounding Central Texas communities, including Westlake, Round Rock, Cedar Park, Georgetown, Lakeway, Dripping Springs, Buda, Hutto, and beyond. If your event is outside these areas, reach out with your location so we can discuss the possibilities.
